1. How do I get my tickets?
Right after paying: by email and SMS, and under My tickets. Each ticket has its own QR code.
2. How can I pay?
M-Pesa, card or bank, through Paystack. You never leave the event page.
3. Can I transfer or resell a ticket?
Yes, when the organizer allows it: transfer a ticket to a friend or list it for resale from My tickets.
4. What if an event is cancelled?
You are refunded to the way you paid, and we tell you by email and SMS.
5. How do I start selling tickets?
Create your organizer account, verify your business and publish your first event in minutes.
6. What does it cost organizers?
A small fee per ticket sold, which you can pass to buyers. Free events cost nothing.
7. Do you run awards and voting?
Yes: nominations, paid voting by M-Pesa or USSD, live results and payouts, all audited.
8. Is scanning at the gate offline-ready?
Yes. The scanner app downloads the guest list and syncs check-ins when it is back online.
